For too long, we have focused on how working out can change how our bodies look. I want change that conversation - to help you find fitness that makes you genuinely happy and excited to do each day, that makes your body feel strong and capable, and has you walking through your life with an overwhelming sense of confidence.
About Me:
I was an athlete my whole life, playing volleyball and softball. At that time working out meant nothing more to me than warming up and conditioning for the sports that I loved. Once I went to college, I no longer had sports to be my driving force for working out, but I knew I needed to find something to fill that hole in my life. Fitness had always been a grounding force in my life - something consistent everyday that I could look forward to no matter how good or bad the day was leading up to it.
In college, I found this to be more true than ever, but turned my focus from the sports of my childhood to a new fascination of perfecting lifting technique and becoming as strong as I could - pushing myself to my strength limits because I found a new spark for working out through this self-competition. It quickly led to me becoming a self taught powerlifter, who spent the late hours of the night constantly researching techniques, training styles, cues, and anything else that I could find. I was consumed by the passion for growing as a strength athlete, and felt that I couldn’t learn enough about it.
After a few years of committing to always learning and growing as an athlete and a coach (to friends in the gym), I decided it was time to finally make it official and get my CPT. I realized I wanted to help other people find this same passion, in whatever that meant to them specifically. I know that everyone might not want to lift as much as they can in a singlet in front of a crowd, but I believe everyone can find an activity that ignites that same passion, excitement, and grounding force for them. I hope to help as many people as possible find that program that makes them actually excited to work out every day, and not just see it as another item on the daily to-do list.

Programming:
All programming will be done on a month-to-month basis to ensure that your changing needs and goals are discussed and integrated into the next month’s program. We will set up weekly/monthly check-ins to discuss your progress, questions, and next steps - these will be done at whatever frequency ensures your confidence and comfortability during your workouts. Any other questions regarding technique can be sent to me through designated channels during your workouts for more immediate feedback and cues.

Morgan has been an incredibly helpful trainer and her online programming is awesome. She is flexible, accommodating, and responsive. I know she can handle any questions I throw at her.
